Aseptic bags are widely used in aseptic solid raw materials, aseptic pharmaceutical excipients, aseptic preparations, and other products due to their characteristics of aseptic, non-toxic, low-temperature resistance, good chemical stability, and electrical insulation. Transshipment and temporary storage, as well as transportation packaging of aseptic rubber plugs from cleaning to filling lines. In order not to affect the use of the product, strict quality control is required. Let us introduce the factors that affect the quality of aseptic bags.
1. Oxygen barrier properties of the bag body. There are three commonly used isolation materials:
1. Basic isolation, using aluminized PET;
2. High isolation, using aluminized PET EVOH, for example, we see aseptic bags with yellow PE film (commonly known as gold bags) on the outer film, or using blue PE film to distinguish;
3. Super strong isolation, using pure aluminum platinum composite film.
The above three different materials correspond to different filling materials, which can be used selectively. They are different every time. For example, mango pulp and coconut milk are recommended to use high isolation bags. Low-sugar juices, such as turbid juices and NFC juices, must be stored in super isolation or refrigerated bags.
2. Flexibility. The softer the bag, the less likely it is to have creases and leaks. At present, several mainstream aseptic bag factories are undergoing technical transformations to make the bags softer and more wear-resistant.
3. Heat sealability. The heat seal strength of the bag must be good, pressure-resistant, and impact-resistant. Today's aseptic bag companies generally meet this technical requirement.
4. Sealing of the lid: The lid of the aseptic bag can be said to be the core quality control point. The lid is required to be resistant to high and freezing temperatures and to be both flexible and strong. The requirements for plastic material formula and plastic mold precision are very high. All aseptic bag companies that independently produce lids strictly control this quality.
